Who We Are

We are the Youth PRIDE (Preventing Risk in Denver through Empowerment) Coalition, a coalition of youth and adults who work to create change in substance abuse use trends among youth ages 12-25. With the support of a dedicated CTC facilitator, this process empowers us to take ownership for the long term health, safety, and well-being of LGBTQ+ youth in our city. We would love for you to join us in creating change.

This work is being led by...

Denver Public Health with support from the following partners:

  • Rainbow Alley

  • CoSHI

  • Denver Health School Based Centers

  • CHIP

Denver Public Health has been awarded a grant by the Colorado Department of Public Health to implement the CTC model. Local public health agencies were eligible for this funding opportunity if they identified substance abuse as one of their priorities.
